Mr. Marshall has been acquiring and developing mineral properties for his own and other companies since 1974 with an emphasis on British Columbia, the Yukon Territory, and most recently South-West USA and Alberta.

• He founded Micrex Development Corp. in 1987.
• Mr. Marshall's primary focus is on the development of Micrex as a viable junior exploration and mining company.
• His primary education is in Business Administration and Chemistry at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, and Geology courses at the University of Alberta.

Mr. Greg Doll is a director of the company.

• He has been in the marketing business in Edmonton for the past 30 years and is a long time shareholder of Micrex.
